Welcome to our subscription based services that grants access to selected deed rooms across the country.  Not all deed rooms listed are available due to the clerk's access rules.  More deed rooms are planned.  If a particular county is not participating, we urge you to talk to your clerk and express how much it will help you and/or your company...

If you do not have a subscription, you will need to contact our office and apply for a subscription for the county where you intend to access.  The application process will supply you a unique name and password used for system access once the application has been approved by the county clerk.  You may start this process by calling us until midnight Monday thru Saturday @ 859/402-8165, or email us anytime at mailto:sales@deedroom.com  Thanks !
